The basics
What is Demo Studio?
We are Jelena and Leoni, two solution consultants with more than 800 demos of our own at Personio and ServiceNow. We train teams and individuals to give software demos that convince and lead to real next steps.
Who is the training for?
For everyone who shows software and has to win people over with it: sales and solution engineers, product managers, founders, consultancies and implementation partners. Whether startup, scale-up, mid-market software company or enterprise.
What is CLICK?
Our method in five steps: Connect, Link, Illustrate, Confirm, Keep Momentum. It turns a feature tour into a story your customer recognizes themselves in. By the way: our website is built on CLICK, too.
How does the team program work?
The training runs in four steps. First, you learn what makes a good demo and get the CLICK method. Then each person reworks their own demo for an upcoming customer meeting. In the third step, we set up the AI Demo Assistant so you can quickly apply what you’ve learned to every new customer. Finally, we review the results with your training sponsor. In the four weeks after that, each person gets one more 1:1 session so that what they learned sticks. The Team Demo Score at the start and at the end shows what has changed. More about the program →
How much time will this take my team?
About eight hours per person, spread over three sessions in two weeks. In the following four weeks, there is one 45-minute 1:1 session per person. The final review only involves your training sponsor. We schedule the sessions with you so they fit into your working day.
Can I take part on my own?
Yes. The Demo Sprint is our 1:1 coaching (in the menu: For Individuals): three sessions on your next real customer demo, within one to two weeks. To the Demo Sprint →
What does it cost?
That depends on team size and format. In the free intro call, we work out what suits you and make you a concrete offer.
Can we pay for this from our training budget?
In most cases, yes. We invoice your company directly and can send a certificate of attendance on request.
Remote or on site? German or English?
Both are possible, and most sessions run remotely. The training is held in German or English.

About you and your situation
Do you work with our real product and real deals?
Yes, that is the whole point. We don’t train on case studies, but on your software and on demos that are actually coming up.
What about confidential information?
We are happy to sign an NDA before we see your demos or customer data.
We’re not a sales team, but product or founders. Is this still a fit?
Absolutely. People who built the product themselves often show what it can do instead of why it matters to the customer. That is exactly where we come in.
We are a consultancy and show other vendors’ software. Does CLICK work there, too?
Yes. In workshops and tenders, you have to sell not only the software but also your value as a partner. CLICK helps you bring both into one story.
Does this also work for complex enterprise or mid-market software?
Yes. We come from complex enterprise platforms ourselves. The more a product can do, the more important it is to choose the right things for this particular customer.
Do you also train discovery?
Not as a separate module. If you are looking for pure discovery or negotiation training, we are not the right fit. But we do show you how to translate your discovery insights into a demo and which questions you should have answered beforehand.

Honest questions
Aren’t classic demos on their way out?
The classic feature tour, yes. Demos themselves, no. Even if you build quick results with customer data, for example in a proof of concept, you still have to present them to the buying committee in the end. Who does the showing may change. The need to show and convince stays.
Why do you focus on demos and not the whole sales process?
Because we pass on what we do best. We specialize in demos. And a good demo reaches further than the meeting itself: it starts with discovery, stakeholder management and preparation and only ends with a concrete next step. For holistic sales or sales engineering training, there are great other programs.
Did you invent CLICK yourselves?
Yes. We went through the best demo and sales trainings from the US ourselves, tested them in more than 800 demos of our own and developed CLICK from what really works. What you learn has proven itself in real deals.
What does psychology have to do with demos?
More than you’d think. Every CLICK step draws on well-supported effects, meaning how people listen, understand and decide:
- Connect: We pay more attention to what has to do with ourselves. And pictures and words together are stronger than text alone.
- Link: We can only keep a few things in mind at once. Saying up front what comes next makes it easier to follow.
- Illustrate: We understand and remember concrete examples better than abstract statements. Stories often convince more than arguments.
- Confirm: What people say out loud themselves sticks better. Questions also show whether you were understood, because experts often overestimate how clear they are.
- Keep Momentum: People mainly remember the high point and the end. And if you agree exactly who does what by when, it gets done far more often.
What is different after the training?
Our training doesn’t stop at theory. Participants apply what they learn right away, get individual feedback and practice until they feel confident.
Our framework provides a clear structure without being restrictive. We don’t want to force the same methodology on everyone, but to work out with participants how they can apply it in their own authentic way. Because we are convinced: especially in sales, it is crucial to bring your own personality rather than follow a rigid script.
What does Founding Partner mean?
In 2026, we are taking on three teams on special terms, with plenty of extra time from both of us. In return, we would like honest feedback, a quote and/or your logo as a reference.
