Demo Check · 2 minutes
How well does your demo CLICK?
Eight questions, the same criteria we use to assess demos. Think of your last demo and click Yes or No for each question. You’ll see your result right away.
- Does the opening meet the customer in their world right away, with a problem, a vision or a target picture?
- Is the demo tailored to the customer, stakeholders and priorities?
- Does the customer know beforehand what they are about to see and why it matters to them?
- Do you show short use cases instead of a tour through the menu?
- Do your use cases show what you do differently and better than the alternatives?
- Does the customer actively take part, and do you collect feedback from the stakeholders?
- Is there a moment the customer still talks about afterwards?
- Does the demo end with a summary of the value and a concrete next step: who, what, by when?
